How do I sign up for a Seminole Wild Card?
Stop by the Player's Club booth in any of our Casinos with your valid ID to sign up (must be 21or older). Rack up your Seminole Wild Card Rewards, earn comp dollars and qualify for promotions. Joining is fast, free and easy.

What is a Bounce Back Free Play? 
Seminole Wild Card members receive Bounce Back Free Play rewards based on Comp Dollars earned each time they play at their favorite slot machine. The more you play, the more you earn.  You can check your Bounce Back Free Play balance online anytime.

How do I qualify to receive a Bounce Back Free Play? 
Seminole Wild Card members who earn $8 Comp Dollars or more in a single visit, not counting Comp Dollars earned with free play, will receive a Bounce Back Free Play reward.

When and how will I find out if I earned Bounce Back Free Play? 
Your Bounce Back Free Play will be automatically loaded to your account approximately 48 hours following your visit.  A reminder email will also be sent to you. If you are not receiving emails, call Customer Care or log in to your Seminole Wild Card account online to add your email.  Your Free Play will be valid for a period of up to 30 days.

Log in to your online Seminole Wild Card account at your preferred property website to view your best available hotel rates, Comp Dollar balance, Bounce Back Free Play rewards and upcoming promotions. You will need your Account Number, PIN and date of birth.

Are there any limits to the number of Bounce Back offers I can receive? 
Play every day, and we’ll mail you an extra offer after each qualifying visit. There’s no limit to the number of extra offers you can receive! 

How do I earn entries into promotions? 
Seminole Wild Card Members also earn entries into exciting promotions by utilizing their membership card each time they play, for the opportunity to win great prizes like fabulous vacations, sweet rides, cold hard cash, free play and more. Plus, they may qualify to receive invitations to "Members Only" special events, such as tournaments and dinner parties.

How can I receive special email offers? 
If you're already a Seminole Wild Card Member, sign-up for exclusive email offers and updates today. Just add your email address to your account at the Player’s Club on your next visit.

How do I view my current comp dollars balance? 
Log in to your online Seminole Wild Card account at your preferred property website. You will need your Account Number, PIN and date of birth.

How do I request my Win Loss Statement? 
Guests can obtain their win/loss statements by one of the following ways:
1. Visit the Seminole Wild Card Player’s Club with valid ID. 
2. Log in to your Seminole Wild Card account at your preferred property website (must have valid PIN and email on file) 
3. Call Customer Care at 1-800-218-0007

Gift cards are readily available for purchase online from any property website or SeminoleGiftCards.com, or by calling the Customer Care Center at (954) 316-2829 any time. Also, each property will have specified locations to purchase gift cards on site. Gift cards are also available for purchase in certain food & beverage outlets as specified at each property. Where can gift cards be redeemed?
Seminole Gift Cards can be redeemed at all Seminole Casino and Seminole Hard Rock properties in the state of Florida. Gift cards can be redeemed at all food & beverage and hotel outlets which are owned by Seminole Gaming. Outlets which are leased to third-party venues are not included in the redemption plan. A full list of valid redemption outlets is shown below, and is also available on each property web site in the section marked “Seminole Gift Cards”.

Can gift cards be redeemed for tickets at Hard Rock Live?
Yes, they can be redeemed for tickets at Hard Rock Live at the box office, but not at ticketmaster.com.

How do I use the Gift Card?
The Gift Card is simple to use, it works just like a credit card. The card is swiped at the terminal used for debit and credit cards and it deducts the amount from the card.

Do gift cards expire?
Consistent with Florida state laws, Seminole Gift Cards do not expire. The only exception to this rule would be for any gift cards given out on a promotional basis, as opposed to sold for cash or other consideration. Promotional gift cards will expire according to guidelines which are specific to each promotional program.

What are the dollar amounts in which gift cards are sold?
Gift cards are available in any denomination when purchased in participating outlets up to $1,000. Gift cards are available online in any value between $10 and $1,000. E-Gift card orders are limited to $250. For bulk purchases or larger values please contact Customer Care.

Are there electronic gift cards which can be contained on a smartphone?
Yes, our program allows for electronic gift cards to be instantly accessible on a smartphone. These convenient gift options are not accompanied by a plastic card at all and they can only be purchased online. To be specific, these e-gift cards are not integrated with any mobile wallet or other apps. They are delivered via e-mail and can be viewed and scanned from the smartphone, or alternatively, printed and brought to the store for redemption.

Can comp dollars be used to purchase gift cards?
No, gift cards are only available for purchase with cash or credit/debit cards.

Can I have a gift card delivered to me?
Yes, when ordering a gift card over the phone or online, the cards will be packaged and delivered to the address specified by the purchaser.

Can I have a gift card delivered to a friend?
Yes, in keeping with the spirit of gift-giving, a customer can purchase a gift card and have it delivered to any valid US address.

Are there taxes and/or fees associated with a gift card purchase?
Consistent with many gift card programs, there is no tax on the purchase of a Seminole Gift Card. E-Gift Cards purchased online and/or over the phone will be delivered with no delivery fees or processing fees. Traditional plastic gift cards will follow a schedule of shipping fees based on the number of cards in the order and the type of shipping request (standard, express, overnight, etc.). Fees for small shipments with standard shipping begin at $9.99 per package.
As a reminder, e-gift cards or traditional plastic gift cards purchased on-site at one of our properties carry no fees.

Can gift cards be used to cover gratuities and taxes?
Yes. Since gratuities and taxes can be paid with cash, they can be paid with gift cards

Are gift cards redeemable for gaming? 
Seminole Casino and Seminole Hard Rock Gift Cards can be redeemed for Slot Play at all of our casinos. Present the Gift Card to the Casino Cashier at any of our casinos to redeem the gift card for a Slot Play voucher valid at any slot machine.
Gift Cards redeemed for Slot Play can be redeemed for up to $500 per person per day, per property. Slot Play must be purchased for an amount of $5 or more and guest will need a valid government issued ID and a Seminole Wild Card. Guest who are banned or self-excluded are not able to redeem Gift Cards for Slot Play.

Are gift cards re-loadable? 
Our gift cards are not reloadable at this time. But, it is simple to purchase a new card by visiting any property web site, calling Customer Care at (954) 316-2829 or visiting one of our on-property sales locations.

Is this the same as Hard Rock Cafe Gift Card program?
No. The Seminole Gift Cards are separate from the Hard Rock Café Gift Cards. Hard Rock Cafe gift cards are not redeemable in most outlets on our casino properties (with the exception of the Hard Rock Café and Rock Shops). Similarly, the Seminole Gift Card is not redeemable in Hard Rock Café locations outside of our casino properties.

What happens when the card value is used? Should I throw the card away?
Once the value on the card has been spent, there is no need to keep the card. A card with a zero balance cannot be presented again for redemption.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Cash is only accepted for an onsite purchase.

Can I return an item purchased using a Gift Card?
Yes. Return the merchandise along with the receipt to the store it where it was purchased. You cannot return for cash; your purchase will be credited to a Merchandise Credit.

What is the Gift Card Return Policy?
The Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise or services only and may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned.

I lost my Gift Card or My Gift Card was stolen. Can you cancel or replace the card?
Gift Cards are treated just like cash. Unfortunately, if the card is lost or stolen it cannot be replaced. Certain exceptions can be made if cards sent by mail were not delivered properly. Only upon sufficient proof of purchase can gift cards be canceled and/or replaced. All such situation will be handled by Customer Care management.

How can I check the balance on my gift card?
There are a few ways to do this. On the back of the card, there is a phone number to call to retrieve the balance through the automated system. As well, there are links on the gift card pages of each property web site which direct to a simple tool to check the balance on a gift card. Alternatively, a cashier at participating outlets can provide a balance during a redemption transaction. Customer Care is not able to provide gift card balances over the phone.
