What are the requirements to participate in the Self-Pay Jackpot program™?
Participation is FREE. To participate in Self-Pay Jackpot™, you must have a Seminole Wild Card and be a US Citizen or resident.

Where do I go to participate in the Self-Pay Jackpot™ program?
You may participate in the Self-Pay Jackpot™ Program at the Casino Credit Office, Casino Cashier or with the slot customer service representative on the casino floor.

How do I participate in the Self-Pay Jackpot™ program?
You may participate in the Self-Pay Jackpot™ Program by completing and signing the Self-Pay Jackpot™ agreement. You must present your Seminole Wild Card and two (2) forms of government issued photo ID (at least one of which has a photo). Upon execution of the agreement, the Casino will retain your electronic signature for use in completing Forms W-2G.

How do you play with Self-Pay Jackpot™?
Simply insert your Seminole Wild Card into your favorite slot machine and enter your PIN. The digital screen on the slot machine will provide instructions for downloading your jackpot. The amount of your jackpot will appear as a credit in the credit meter on the slot machine

How do I know my funds are secure and will not be used if my Seminole Wild Card is lost or stolen?
Funds cannot be withdrawn from your account without your PIN. You must keep your PIN confidential and not share it with anyone.

What happens to my credits at the slot machine when I am done playing?
When finished playing you may print a ticket at the slot machine for remaining credits. If you participate in the Power Bank Program and are playing with funds from your Casino Credit Account, the credit balance remaining on the meter of the slot machine at the end of your session (which occurs when you remove your Seminole Wild Card) will be deposited back into your Casino Credit Account to repay the amount of credit you used during that session. If the credit balance on the credit meter of the slot machine is not enough to repay all of the credit you used during the session, the entire balance will be applied to pay down the balance of your Casino Credit Account and the Marker Bank Cashier will prepare a new marker for the outstanding balance of your Credit Account using your electronic signature.

Your jackpot cannot be accessed without your PIN. You must keep your PIN confidential and not share it with anyone.

May I terminate my participation in the Self-Pay Jackpot™ Program?
Yes. You may terminate your participation at any time by following a few simple procedures at the Casino Credit Office, casino cashier or with a slot customer service representative.
