Safe+Sound

The health and safety of our team members and guests has always been of upmost importance to our senior leadership team and Tribal Council. We want to make sure that we are doing everything that we can to provide a safe environment for our team members and you, our loyal customers.

We will continue to regularly update the Safe+Sound protocols based on facts and data provided by our partners, industry councils, as well as global and governmental agencies.

The Safe+Sound Team

Comprised of specially trained team members, the Safe+Sound team is responsible for both the safety of our guests and team members as well as the cleanliness and sanitation of all Seminole Gaming properties.

The Safe+Sound Clean Team will have the sole function to clean and sanitize high traffic touch point areas throughout the property and dispose of all used PPE. They will be clearly visible with a bright yellow uniform stating “Clean Team.”

Gaming facilities operated by the Seminole Tribe of Florida have taken enhanced health and safety measures to protect our customers and team members. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting one of our gaming facilities.
