The health and safety of our team members and guests has always been of upmost importance to our senior leadership team and Tribal Council. We want to make sure that we are doing everything that we can to provide a safe environment for our team members and you, our loyal customers.
As information is changing rapidly and we are learning more daily about COVID-19 and how to stop the spread, we will continue to regularly update the Safe+Sound protocols based on facts and data provided by our partners, industry councils, as well as global and governmental agencies.
All guests must wear a mask or a cloth face covering which meets CDC guidelines. Face coverings may be cloth or other material such as surgical masks or Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE") (such as an N-95 Respirators) while in any facility at all times.
All team members and guests upon entering the property will have their temperature taken using digital thermometers/thermal cameras. Points of entry will be limited to allow our security team to conduct non-invasive temperature checks utilizing digital thermometers and/or thermal cameras. Any guest or team member with a temperature above CDC guidelines will not be allowed entry.
All guests and team members are expected to follow physical distancing guidelines recommended by the CDC. Maximum capacity at all properties will be 50% of posted max occupancy limits.
We have increased the amount of routine cleaning, with a focus on high-touch surfaces and common areas. Free-standing touchless hand sanitizers will be available at entrances, host stands, bars, ATMs and more. PPE trash receptacles will be placed throughout each property. Clean teams are available upon request. Look for the team members in bright yellow shirts.
Many Seminole Gaming properties have been equipped with state-of-the-art AtmosAir™ advanced bipolar ionization air purification and disinfecting systems that are designed to destroy viruses in the air and on hard surfaces. Also, all HVA filters are HEPA compliant with the highest MERV rating.
Comprised of specially trained team members, the Safe+Sound team is responsible for both the safety of our guests and team members as well as the cleanliness and sanitation of all Seminole Gaming properties.
Safe+Sound Security team members will be responsible for all temperature checks, monitoring entrances/exits, reminding guests and team members of physical distancing requirements, managing line queueing, and distributing PPE as well as ensuring that everyone is following the required PPE protocols.
The Safe+Sound Clean Team will have the sole function to clean and sanitize high traffic touch point areas throughout the property and dispose of all used PPE. They will be clearly visible with a bright yellow uniform stating “Clean Team.” They will assist all departments in maintaining the property duly sanitized with the appropriate chemicals which may include electrostatic and UV equipment.
