The health and safety of our guests and team members is our number one priority. Below are some enhancements and safety protocols you can expect when visiting one of our Seminole Gaming properties in Florida. We will continue to make changes as necessary as we closely monitor Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and government mandates.
The front desk of our hotel properties will be retrofitted with protective plexiglass barriers and spacious queuing at six feet will be enforced to protect all guests. Contactless checkout such as express check-out, telephone, video or email is strongly encouraged. Enhanced sanitizing protocols will be scheduled for all elevator touch points such as doors, handrails, call buttons and panels at hourly intervals.
Housekeeping daily service and turndown service will not be available during your stay. Should you require any additional amenities, trash bags, or linens, we will have these available to you upon request.
Select table games will be retrofitted to include plexiglass shields. Maximum occupancy per table will vary based on table size. All gaming equipment, tables and chairs will be sanitized and gaming chips sprayed with sanitizing solution.
Space between slot machines will follow distancing guidelines. Slot machines will be sanitized regularly. In addition, clean teams will be available upon request. Hand sanitizing stations will be located throughout the property.
Grab & Go options will be available at select restaurants. Seated dining not to exceed 50% of occupancy. Tables and waiting areas will adhere to physical distancing protocols. Dining parties will be limited to 10 people. Digital menu ordering and contactless QR payment options will be available at some outlets.
Cabanas and chaise lounge chairs will be sanitized after each use. Pool chemical levels will be monitored in accordance with local recommended guidelines. In open air / outdoor areas, guest masks are optional as long as physical distancing protocols are followed.
Valet attendants must wear face masks at all times and must change their gloves after operating each vehicle. Attendants will lower all windows when entering vehicle to allow for airflow.
Comprised of specially trained team members, the Safe+Sound team is responsible for both the safety of our guests and team members as well as the cleanliness and sanitation of all Seminole Gaming properties.
Safe+Sound Security team members will be responsible for all temperature checks, monitoring entrances/exits, reminding guests and team members of physical distancing requirements, managing line queueing, and distributing PPE as well as ensuring that everyone is following the required PPE protocols.
The Safe+Sound Clean Team will have the sole function to clean and sanitize high traffic touch point areas throughout the property and dispose of all used PPE. They will be clearly visible with a bright yellow uniform stating “Clean Team.” They will assist all departments in maintaining the property duly sanitized with the appropriate chemicals which may include electrostatic and UV equipment.
Gaming facilities operated by the Seminole Tribe of Florida have taken enhanced health and safety measures to protect our customers and team members. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting one of our gaming facilities. By entering this gaming facility, or any of its associated amenities, you acknowledge your understanding that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where other people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
